Our Story

10 years of "Better"

This is me, Rob, with my beautiful daughter. I founded CRUSH (the company behind &Fermenta) in January 2026, inspired by a meaningful 10-year journey toward better physical and mental health. I wanted to put this experience into a form I could do more good with, and with more people, and that's how CRUSH was born.

At the start of my journey I set exercise and activity as a top priority which usually meant squeezing the gym into mornings or lunch times. Burning more calories in day, I turned to protein supplements - mainly whey and sometime soy. For years I knew they didn't agree with my stomach but I just assumed gas and bloating was part of the process. That's when I discovered yeast protein — an underrated source packed with unique health benefits and much easier on the tummy.

I spent over 6 months working with a local manufacturer to create what I'm proud to offer: a yeast protein that tastes great and delivers nutrition way beyond what most powder can.
